Council Land & Property

Deanshanger Parish Council's office is at 3 Hayes Road in Deanshanger.

Deanshanger Parish Council owns several parks, Springfield Park, Northway Park, Diswell Brook Way Park and the toddler area on the playing Fields. Please note that the Parish Council does not own the Playing Fields.

The other parks and open spaces are still owned by the developers, bins and maintenance on these areas are the responsibility of the developers.

Areas still owned by developers:

Foxholes Close Park and pathway to Hayes Road

Land between Hayes Road and the High Street and High Street to Church Lane.
