Planning Applications

When a planning application is made for a property in Deanshanger, the Parish Council is consulted and applications will be reviewed by the Highways & Planning committee.

The parish clerk then sends the agreed response, be it Objection, Observation or No Comment, to West Northants Council who have the final say on all planning applications unless they are of major infrastructure or of national strategic importance.

All planning committee and full council meetings are open to the public.
